Driveways Repairs, Maintenance, and Restoration
2026-05-11To all unit owners and residents:
Please be advised that beginning Tuesday morning, May 12, construction crews will commence repairs, maintenance, and restoration—as needed—of all WSBH‑II driveways, which are designated as limited common elements.
This four‑day project will begin at 338 Elm Street and 340 Elm Street (Building #8) and progress through the community, concluding at 346 Elm Street and 348 Elm Street (Building #10). Residents are asked to make alternative parking arrangements during this period.
Our project manager, Mr. Jose Padilla (954‑609‑0354), Go Vertical Construction LLC will provide additional updates regarding access, parking coordination, and daily progress as needed. Please remember to secure your pets and avoid walking or parking on your driveways and breezeways during construction.
Work Hours: Construction activities will take place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday. We kindly ask residents to plan accordingly.
Noise Expectations: Residents should expect intermittent noise from machinery and equipment during work hours. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we complete these necessary repairs.
Safety Reminders: For your safety and the safety of the workers, please avoid entering the construction zones. Keep children and pets away from the work areas at all times. Please follow all posted signage and instructions from the construction crew.
